Cabin Crew — Seasonal

About the role

We are recruiting seasonal Cabin Crew to deliver world-class safety and service on our growing short and medium-haul network from Dubai. You will be the face of the airline in the cabin, ensuring every passenger feels safe, comfortable and well looked after from boarding to disembarkation. This is a dynamic, rosters-based role that suits confident, energetic individuals who love working with people and are passionate about hospitality and safety at 35,000 feet.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight safety and security checks, equipment checks and cabin preparation.
• Deliver safety demonstrations, announcements and passenger briefings in English and Arabic.
• Provide onboard food, beverage and retail service in line with brand standards.
• Respond to medical situations, turbulence and emergencies calmly and decisively.
• Assist passengers with special needs, children, unaccompanied minors and premium guests.
• Work closely with the cockpit, ground teams and purser to maintain punctuality and service quality.
• Complete post-flight reports, incident reports and handovers accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education; college degree or hospitality diploma preferred.
• Height 160 cm+ with the ability to reach emergency equipment; medically fit to fly.
• Fluent English and Arabic; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience; prior cabin crew experience preferred.
• Outstanding grooming, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work on a roster including weekends and public holidays.
